Although I have never taken Celexa I wouldn't take any of these medications while pregnant. There are too many side effects and the long term side effects of these medications aren't known. In addition I was prescribed L-Tryptophan while pregnant with my youngest child, (which was then considered safe,) and later it was pulled from the market. Thankfully my son hasn't had any problems.
