Buspirone is the most effective on that kind of thing I think but you can't take it with the maoi's. Have you tried the benzo's? When I was on moclobemide, I took Rivotril--clonazepam and it seemed to help with the anxiety. 1-2mgs a day but that was a long time ago. I need something really strong now but I have more than generalized anxiety these days. Like I said, clonazepam and moclobemide worked great together at that time, try it--can't hurt.
