When I was 20, I started a vigorous exercise program. I would run for a half hour or so nearly every morning. I experienced occasional bouts of euphoria. I felt better than I ever had before. I remember seeing a book a few years ago about the exercise high effect. Its apparently quite effective as an antidepressant for many people. I also lost weight too. I was nearly light enough to get out of Vietnam by being too underweight after only a month.
My body just couldn't take it. I guess this puts a whole new twist on "poop out" 8>)
