Luvox

I have just been prescribed Luvox for an eating and obssesive disorder. I plan to have a baby next year, how long before getting pregnant should I stop taking Luvox? Any side effects Luvox can have on an unborn baby if I stop taking the medicine 3-5 months prior to trying to get pregnant?
