BG,
I also experienced sexual side effects on Celexa, as well as on all of the SSRIs. I HATED that aspect of the meds and constantly tried new things to treat it. I never had any problems with sex and orgasm before I started taking the SSRIs and I found the side effect unbearable, so I am really sympathetic. I am female, but I found that adding Wellbutrin did help (I added 150 mg). Also, with the Celexa, I took drug holidays from it, which, with the Wellbutrin added, helped even more. There are other medications you can try such as amantadine and ciproheptadine (sp) or you can add Buspar. I didn't try these, but i have heard good things about using them in combination. Also, adding a tiny dose of Viagra can totally help (for women and ment), though it might be hard for you to get, given your situation. One AD that didn't give me any side effects was Serzone. I don't know how you feel about switching, but Serzone or Wellbutrin don't usually cause sexual side effects. If you need more information, write again.--Lin
