Thanks Mark for your kind reply. I am inclined to agree. I have read that once you have suffered heat prostration you are suseptible to having it again and that is the case with me. I will be more careful and not try to be super woman on days I give blood. I did call the blood bank
and they were so helpful. Thanks again.
