incontinence and AD's

This is kind of embarrassing, but wondered if anybody else has experienced this. When I take more than a tiny amount of Serzone, I sometimes will pee myself without any warning. There is no feeling of needing to pee, just letting go. I'm 48. Is this just another precursor to all the joys of old age, or something related to AD's?
