How do I STOP dreaming..

Posted by NikkiT on June 20, 2000, at 5:32:16

OK, things rea getting truly wierd in my sleep!

Since being on the Thioridazine I'm sleeping ALOT! Well, alot more than I was.. it does leave me very thick headed and "hubg over" in the mornings though.

BUT... I'm still dreaming as madly as I was, and I don't think I can deal with them anymore.

One example - Last night my brothers beautiful black labrodor died.. I was heart broken as he's only young. been pretty tearful about it all morning. Rang my brother to see how the kids had taken it... Only to talk to a very confused brother, and avery very bouncy happy Paddy (the labrodor)... Yup, I'd dreamt the whole thing.

I can no longer get dreams out of my head, and they're all sad, nightmarish, and just head f***ing... Over the weeks I've lost everyone close to me at some point in the night.. and in awful ways... What on earth can I do to stop them.

And please don't say "Wow, it must be amazing to dream thatv vividly"... (thats what pdoc said) it is not wonderful waking up every morning thinking so and so had just died of an overdose, or your husband had left you, and things like that..

Sorry for the ramble.. I just *really* need to know how to stop them.

N xxx
