None of the doctors would have a clue, as it isn't known in US. The local psychiatrist with a big "ego" would never let me use Tianeptine, Moclobemide or Revia that worked for me for some time, then poop out. He doesn't like the patient to participate, although I know my body's response the best.
I called the psychiatrist in Europe that I met before, he will send it to me, but it takes a long time time, and I'm doing very bad.
Since I developed the heart and chest pain from stimulating medications, I'm thinking the less stimulating medication will be fine.
Also, I didn't find that much info about Mianserin besides it can be sedative and causing the weight gain. But I prefer European meds.
Also, at this moment, I'm willing to pay the price, the pain is just too big. The local shrink wants to put me on Remeron and Effexor, and I think that's the worst option. Remeron is famous for causing the weight gain.
I remember I was in Paxil before my meds began to poop out. I gained the enormous amount of weight in just three months, got more depressed, sexually dysfunctional, and my husband put me down.
Since that, I was very carefull in what I take because obviously my shrink didn't care about the quality of my life. He just did his job.
