I no longer live in Tampa...wish I could help. I'm now in Colorado.
I think the best possible way to find a good one is to call the med school at USF, ask for a professor of Psychiatry and get some referrals. That's a really good place to start.
Just do it! I wouldn't endure even one more appt. with that doctor!
