I am, as you might have guessed, a woman. Prior to taking AD's I had no problems whatsoever with libido or achieving orgasm - now both are lost to me and I don't know which one I miss more (libido, I think). I'd be curious to hear the male opinion on this. For the record, I tried Viagra at 50 mg and another time at 100 mg. It made absolutely no difference. I didn't even experience the curious blue-tinged vision that some people have reported. At least my ceiling would have looked different for a while because nothig else different was happening!
My doctor claims that the trigger for orgasm, in both men and women, is a Seratonin sub-receptor. No matter what the anatomical differences, if that receptor is blocked by AD's, a normal orgasm won't occur. "Secondary" is such a cruel response to the problem (I'm a bit surprised that a doctor said that to a male patient! I thought only women got that reaction.)
There's a fortune to be made out there - not to mention the undying gratitude of hoardes of frustrated AD users. I wish the bird of happiness would fly in with the secret.
