thanks for the post. almost missed it though.. but i didn't. what resonates for me is this:

(page 323)my creative/spiritual work is THE ONLY thing that addresses my life long major depression. (aside from dealing with the chemistry in my body). without it (my creative work) life indeed would be meaningless. thanks so much for posting this cause it really validates something i have known subliminally for years. once spoken (heard from another) it helps to keep me centered.
