Margaret,
I am a fellow Canadian who lives near Toronto, Ontario.
My doctor was able to get Reboxetine directly from the manufacturer after he applied for permission from Ottawa to allow me to participate in a trial of the drug. I don't have many details on how he received approval or who exactly he received approval from as I was just so happy to get the med. If you want, email me and I will get more info during my next appointment.
