you are a master of understatement! 8-)No, I don't think there's any difference so far with the Vitamin E. In fact I seem to be having warm flushes/hot flashes now more often...?
I am taking only 400 I.U. My mom says that is too little but it's about 1300 times the RDA! So, I'm still wearing my bandanas! And drinking Gatorade.

I'm SO glad to hear you made your appt. to see a therapist. I think of my therapist as someone who will be on my journey with me for a while, and who can provide guidance about navigating the rough waters. Not so much to give me advice, as to help me understand and find my own guiding light within, and to hold on to myself as I am right now and as I grow.You can always ask what their style is and how they approach the therapeutic process, and by all means share with them your concern about the can of worms (in your own words). You are buying a service, they are not being altruistic to see you. Make sure your questions are asked and answered, no matter how "stupid" you may feel.
You should be able to get at least some idea of what they'll be like by their response. Also, you might want to have an idea of what you want to accomplish in therapy--say, over the next six months (where you want to be) and discuss that. (you don't have to stay the six months and you can stay longer! It's just a framework.)
Do not feel down, dahling, or as mommy dearest would say, You do not feel down. She always knows what one feels, if you want her number let me know. 8-)
