Sorry but I am only able to give some very general suggestions for you.
You may want to consider augmenting effexor to make it work better or augmenting Zoloft to make it work again. Please look at Dr. Bob's Tips section entitled, 'Patients who lose response to ADs' for various augmentation strategies. Possible augmenting agents to try include stimulants, bromocriptine, naltrexone, remeron, and lithium.
Let me know how your trial with Provigil goes. I will know more about what a negative response to Provigil indicates in the near future I believe.
Don't neglect to try stimulants also.
They may help with the sleepiness or improve your AD response without necessarily increasing anxietyAndrewB
