SAMe 400mg/day experiences wanted

Hi,

I'd like to know if anyone has had their depression lessened by taking SAMe at only 400mg per day. I read that 1600mg/day has been effective, but alas I would not be able to afford to take that much, so I'm wondering if only 400mg will help even a bit.
(I'd also be taking Zoloft & Lamictal.)
