Info about nitrazepam--Cam W. or others

I live in U.S. but just got some nitrazepam through internet pharmacy because of my constant sleep problem. I take prozac 40mg for depression. I really like ambien but tend to overdo with it. Can anyone tell me about nitrazepam. How long does it take to work? Can you take food with it? Is it safe? Thanks.
