There are no specifically known studied doses for it that have been approved in this country. That's the problem with the so called natural drugs but they are drugs, too, a pharmacist will tell you. I believe they have started studying St.John's Wort but the results are not in yet. So, use at your own risk and please be careful. Good luck.
