Just the opposite here. I feel much more alert. Esp. compared to when I was on Celexa. I was very forgetful and unmotivated then. I definately like the way Effexor is working.

> I have been taking Effexor XR for about 4 wks. I started at 37.5, then 75, now 112mgs. I always take it at the same time each morning. It is not working for the depression so far. But what is worse is that the other day I had the weirdest experience. I could NOT remember where I had been just 5 minutes ago on my way home. It really took me a loooong time to figure it out! OMG!!

Now it seems to take me a long time to "come around" and realize where I am and what I'm supposed to be doing. Anyone else experiencing this?
