I have heard some really bad side effects,and I was wondering if I should even try it.

If you have mania it triggers it. The rest I should imagine you could deal with as you won't lose your brain.

Im surposed to take a half tablet of 20 mg a day...how can you wean off that?

I cut 10 mg pills into eights very often with craft knife.
