I think that everyone has a unique neurochemistry and you need to be patient and try different things but carefully. I have tried zoloft, paxil...both made me feel racy and spacy. I am now on day 2 of Effexor and feel fine. Would you worry about being a "pill-popper" if you were a diabetic and needed insulin? Be good to yourself and find what is best for you. Take care.
