Julia - At this point I think that your doc is correct in suggesting the next step be phenelzine. It is certainly worth a try. The dietary restrictions are a pain (where I wouldn't put a window), but just stay away from aged foods.
Good luck and let us know how it goes (do try to give it an adequate trial, unless the side effects become unbearable, as with the Celexa) - Cam
