Dopamine drugs for sexual side probs, which good?

Posted by PhoenixGirl on January 8, 2001, at 13:48:29

I have been considering trying one of the dopamine-affecting drugs to counteract sexual side effects of desipramine. I'm on Wellbutrin to stay awake in the day, but it has no other effect on me. The dopamine drugs I know of are (I think): Ritalin, amphetamines, Wellbutrin, Parlodel (bromocriptine), other Parkinson's drugs, Adrafinil, Amisulpride, and Provigil (modafinil). I think those are the dopamine drugs. Which one(s) will counteract the sexual side effects of ADs without "pooping out"? I don't know the reputation of all these drugs. By the way, a drug called "Survector" (amineptine) and at least one other drug are dopamine drugs not available in the U.S. Is it legal to get a drug like that from overseas? I'm confused about getting drugs from other countries in general. Please share any knowledge or thoughts you have on this.
