You might also want to consider combining medication. Perhaps if Paxil works for you, you might find that you may get the same antidepressant effect from a smaller amount of Paxil when combined with something like Remeron or Wellbutrin. Reducing the amount of Paxil may reduce the side effects and the second antidepressant would boost the antidepressant effect.
