Re: Therapeutic Window For Remeron??

I've heard of people going up to 90 mg on Remeron. I'm not getting any effect from 60 mg of Remeron, so I'm adding Effexor to it, to make that "power" combination that is mentioned in the Tips.

I don't think that taking 60 mg will have any less side-effects than 45 mg. I think that 15-30 mg is where people get the most drowsiness.

> I am wondering if Remeron has a therapeutic window or if it has a dose-related response (i.e. when dose increases, so does efficacy). I know that the sedation (and weight gain?) is lowered with increasing dose. I am on 45 mg qHS but I have heard of people taking 60 mg or more. What is the practical dose maximum?
