re-topamax

hows everybody doing on topamax? I lost all might weight and more that I gained from depakote and more but I dont have near the sedated feeling. I wonder If there is something else I could take with it so I dont roller coaster so much with my mood swings. My husband is taking next friday off because he wants to take me to the psychiatrist and talk to him. I still have my bad days.
