Nic,
I want to reiterate Karen's concern regarding the absence of a mood stabilizer. Are you taking an MS also or just the Serzone plus Klonopin? If no MS, does your pdoc agree with your bipolar dx? If he/she does, I can't imagine why you would not be on an MS as part of your med combo!
I am BP II taking Lithobid (MS), Prozac, and Wellbutrin. My meds are currently working great and, although anxiety and panic have never been a large factor in my disorder, my current meds allow me to be more calm and less anal than I was prior to medication.
Nic, please follow up with your pdoc regarding the appropriateness of adding an MS if you are not already taking one.

> Antidepressants without a good mood stablizer like lithium, depakote, or tegretol is a no-no for bipolar folks. It makes you manicky. Have you ever been on a ms? It really can be a lifesaver.
