Sexual Dysfunction Remedies

I'm going back on Effexor tomorrow at a low dose--maybe 25 mg a day--coupled with an amphetamine. Last time on Effexor, I lost my desire. Has anyone here tried anything for the sexual side effects of these meds? Cohen suggested 500 mg of gingko in the tips section. Has anyone tried this?
