Other viable choices are buspirone or mirtazapine. Adding mirtazapine to antidepressants is the only way I have been able to achieve orgasm. Wellbutrin worked only 50% of the time, according to Dr. Bob's Colleagues in the Tips.

> New here. I've been taking Celexa since January. My Doctor recently tried adding Wellbutrin to help with the sexual problems (not helping). Today he told me to stop the Wellbutrin and take a 50mg tablet of Viagra before sex.
