Lisa - The diarrhea is probably from an increase in the valproate, as I usually see constipation, if anything (along with dry mouth), with clomipramine. Clominpramine, while not the worst TCA with anticholinergic effects, still has them. Blame it on the increase in valproate; the wine probably didn't help (esp. if it was that Napa Valley fake stuff or the grape juice plus they grow in the interior of BC - just kidding on both counts; no, really). - Cam
