Lamictal - Valproate

Hello poeple,

I consider adding LAMICTAL to my Manerix (MAO inhibitor) and Neurontin mix, but first I'd like to know if it helps with dysphoria and/or ruminating thoughts. Any good (or bad) experiences to share?
Any experience with VALPROATE is also welcome
