I bought some from IAS. It really seemed to help me for about a week and then I seemed to get "burned out" as they used to say back in the 60's. It gave me a nice calm feeling but after about a week I just didn't respond anymore and I just had kind of an over drugged feeling. But I react to almost every thing that way.
