Jitters on 2nd day of Effexor XR

I just started taking Effexor XR, 37,5mgs.
I did not sleep well lst night and this morning and now, I have a case of jitters. It's sort of like a bit too much coffee. Anyone else with this effect?

My doctor thinks this med will help me concentrate on my chores/job/house and stop me from dwelling on my being overwhelmed by too much stuff. Clutter, work and family.
