My problem has been that I sleep too hard for too long. I am going to a sleep clinic on Tuesday night and hopefully they'll be able to give me some constructive feedback on how to get my sleep problems under control. (I have bad nighttime reflux and wasn't aware of it until recently and I twitch away in my sleep, which the effexor has made worse. I also start dreaming easily even when I'm awake) I do think poor sleep can bring on fibro. It will take a month to get feedback, (why so long?!?) and if there is anything useful I'll post it.
