Cyproheptadine is a no-no because it acts as a serotonin antagonist. But its great for nausea and to treat serotonin syndrome.
What about buspirone or mirtazapine to remedy the sexual dysfunction? {I found the mirtazapine to work so well that I went from anorgasmia to premature ejaculation.}
