Hi everyone!
Bear with me people...This is probably going to be long.
I am 21 years old. I have been on so many different meds, since I was 16, that I can't list them all. Been on anti-depressants, anti-psychotics, and stuff for my OCD and anxiety. They put me on celexa today. I am kinda happy about it. I have read the threads and really do feel positive about it compared to all the others I've been on. My head does hurt now, but my life has been filled with migranes... no big deal yet. I was put on celexa for my anxiety. I was sick of meds and feeling like I couldn't live without my pills. It's been a year since my last meds:zoloft, respirdal and trazadone. I would like to say to some people writing on here(can't remember names): that a family doctor prescribing anti-depressants is kinda scary to me, that every drug has a side affect, it's finding the one that works best for you that matters, that celexa is suppossed to have the least side effects of the AD's on the market here now, and that the people looking for "the usual weight gain/loss side effect" should know that it's...uh, I forgot the word, well I mean that it doesn't have truely one, it's different for everyone. These are just MY opinions, take them or leave them, but don't hate me because of them. I am not qualified or anything else like that. I guess I forgot my point, tired by now. Well, I guess I say "Thanks for listening."crzybtch
