Manerix

Can anyone give me some information on how I can acquire Manerix? (I live in U.S. and it's only available in Canada.) My doc suggested it, but doesn't know how to go about it either -- could she e-mail a script into a Canada pharmacy?

Also, any info on the drug as far as side effects, etc. would be greatly appreciated. What I have read seems to be pretty positive, but would be open to more feedback.
