I was on 60 mg Celexa for a year without any nausea. Now I had to switch to Zoloft because the Celexa wasnt enough effective and made too sedated. I tappered the celexa down during too weeks. Suddenly i began to have awful nausea coming and going all the time, flu like symptoms, lethargy... I am not sure if it comes of the zoloft or its a withdrawl of the celexa ? Now it persists since about 10 days.
I tried to stop the zoloft or increasing the dosage but nothing gave me a better feeling or a hint what it could be. I Think the symptoms started before i began with the zoloft but since then they i didnt improved. My doc said that if its a withdrawl the zoloft could improve it because of the same mechanism. Perhaps the nausea is caused of the dopamine action of Zoloft too ? Is it a awful side-effect of Zoloft ?
Any ideas, suggestions or experiences ?
Thanks
