> - ScottHi Scott, I feel that from his description he likely has ADD or ADHD, due to the fact that his symptoms match the criteria in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fourth Edition, aka the DSM-IV. I did not rule out the idea that he could have comorbid depression, he very well may have depression. In most cases ivolving someone w/ ADHD, their depression usually stems from living w/ an undiagnosed and untreated disorder, in this case, the disorder being ADHD. Again, I am not a Dr. either, and this is only my educated opinion, as are, I hope, all the other posts on this thread.
