When you started the Effexor, was that after your first or second episode of depression?

> Amazing!! The tired-all-day-long feeling seemed to get better, and more energy returned. And, best of all, my depression was still kept at bay.

> My next doctor visit, I told him what I had done, and he could see the difference in me, and was very supportive of my decision to start my way off of Effexor. Together, we decided to step down again to 37.5 mg a day, and it has been working great.
