Coming off Paxil with Agoraphobia

Hi

Does anyone with agoraphobia have experience with coming off Paxil? I've actually gone straight onto Zoloft as the Paxil had pooped out, and after 10 days am starting to have panic attacks again. I'm not sure if this is due to coming off the Paxil (I was at 40mg) or going onto Zoloft (only at 50mg so far). I'm taking Xanax to cope with the panic attacks.

Any info appreciated..
