> I have been on 20 mg. of Paxil for about a year. I have been having an electrical shock feeling since cutting bact to 10 mg. 5 days ago. How long can I expect to have this feeling? I've also been edgy for the last few days. Looking for some light at the end of this horrible tunnel. I would like to get off of Paxil altogether but not in a big hurry and if my panic symtoms come back I would be willing to go back to the 20mg. per day if needed. Just would like to know what to expect for now. I've seen a lot of cold turkey stories and I don't want to go that route. LRC

It has been 8 days since I started the 10 mgs now and wish I had found this site sooner. I'm still having the brain zaps and wondered if you would still recommend the 10mg and 15mg alternating every other day? I hate to go backwards but realize that going backwards might help me go get forward. After 8 days, I can't wait to get off of this drug but know it's going to take some time for me. I feel for everyone trying to get off of Paxil and my symtoms aren't nearly as bad as a lot of other folks out there. Thank you Dr. Bob for this site. LRC
