If you go to the web site "depression central" run by Dr. Ivan Goldberg, he has a list of expert psychopharmacologists who deal with mood disorders. The web site is:

There is also more information on mood disorders than you could ever read at this site. Go into the "depression central" area, and scroll down the alphabetical links to "P"
