Xanax feeling cold

Hi, All!
I have bee on xanax for 6 months (.5 3x a day) for PD and anxiety. Tried Paxil & Zoloft without success. Anyhow I feel cold most of the time and sometimes feel like the skin on my legs feel crawly. Thyroid checks out O.K., am menopausal also and on natural hormones. Anyone experience a change in body temp on xanax?
Any ideas on what else might cause this? Am going to the doctor next week. Your input would be appreciated.
