Adderall vs. Dexedrine- ADHD- major HD!!

Adderall has definitely helped me study. It's improved my patience a little too. I'm taking 20mg 2x day. I've been reading more about Dexedrine and it's ability to attack impulsiveness and the "short-fuse." I still have issues with the damn short-fuse and talking a million miles an hour. Any opinions regarding one over the other??? Thanks!
