I have noticed that I can *swap* roughly .5mg of Klonopin with 125mg of Depakote or 100mg of Neurontin. It takes a few days... I am now down to .5mg (two half-tabs)of Klonopin daily, sleeping plenty/easily. I wonder also if Gabitril (at low doses-for those who can tolerate it) would also work??
