That means that when a glucocorticoid is administered, you don't compensate by reducing cortisol production. This suggests that you might have an antidepressant response to antiglucocorticoids such as ketoconazole.

Interesting. I don't know much about the DST in bipolar depression. I agree that mood reactivity is a key differentiator between atypical depression and other depressive states.
