Derealization post panic attack

Hi all. My name is Matt and I had a severe panic attack about a month and a half ago. I have a history of depression and a little anxiety but this panic thing just hit me. I am on a combination of Wellbutrin, Clonazepam, and Topamax, but I still feel kinda spacey like my surroundings are unfamiliar....< shrugs > ::sighs:: any feedback?
