I had cyclical migraines. After 4-5 visits with
a *skilled* and *nonhostile* practitioner of
St Johns neuromuscular therapy I was fairly pain
free. The pain now is fairly easily controlled
with hot towels to the face (I nuke them) and
sometimes back of the beck. I spent thousands
on half-trained St Johns and other massage
practioners. If someone doesn't help in 1-2 visits,
forget them!!!! Make sure they have completed
their training and are going routinely for
refresher courses.
I also don't eat anyh migraine-related foods
(the usual list of 20-30 no nos)
