I've become a tougher, no-nonsense administratpr in terms of banning a few problem posters with no apologies, and besides the inevitable squawks from a few malcontents, I've heard no complaints and it has actually helped my self-esteem to set some firm limits with my posters and get a friendlier board (with malcontents who respect me more or voluntarily get bored and leave) in the end.
A friendlier board is the cake, and increased self-esteem is the icing. :-) Keep up the good work,
